Terms of Use

1. The game

Trinute is a daily puzzle game for iOS: three fresh challenges every day, one daily score, and a streak. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store.

2. Your license

The app itself is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms cover the Trinute service and product aspects on top of it: we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play Trinute for your own enjoyment. Don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer to cheat, or present the game as your own.

3. Content and puzzles

Daily puzzles, texts, designs and the Trinute name belong to their respective owners. You may share your own scores and non-spoiler results; please don’t republish full puzzle sets or solutions at scale.

4. Availability

We aim for a fresh Daily every day, but we don’t promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, store reviews or platform changes may pause the service. The core game plays offline once loaded.

5. Game Center and iCloud

Rankings use Apple Game Center and some state may sync with Apple iCloud, both governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Competitive marks are final once sealed; practice rounds never count.

6. Advertising

The free game may show one interstitial ad per day after you have seen your result, and may offer optional rewarded ads for extra help where the game design allows. Ads never gate playing the basic Daily. Consent is managed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Fair play

Don’t abuse the game: no automated play, no score manipulation, no disruption of other players’ rankings. We may ignore suspicious marks where technically possible, with no further obligation.

8. Disclaimers

Trinute is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond what consumer law in your country guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost streaks, scores or data.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the game itself; material changes take effect with the release that introduces them. You may stop playing at any time by deleting the app.
